How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Metro cities usually receive in 2–4 days, rest of India in 4–7 days. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as it ships.
What's your return and exchange policy?
7 days from delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags intact. Size exchanges are free — just raise a request from your account or message us with your order ID and we'll arrange the pickup.
How do I pick the right size in an oversized fit?
Our oversized tees are already cut boxy with a drop shoulder, so take your normal size for the intended look. Size up only if you want an extra-relaxed drape. Every product page has a full measurement chart in inches.
Will the fabric shrink or fade after washing?
Our fabric is pre-shrunk and bio-washed, so shrinkage is minimal. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer — dark colours in particular will hold much longer that way.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We do bulk runs for teams, colleges, events and corporate gifting, with custom printing or embroidery available. Email hello@oxsso.com with quantity, sizes and your timeline for a quote.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India. You can check availability at checkout by entering your PIN code.
