1. THE 14-DAY EXCHANGE WINDOW
You have 14 calendar days from the recorded delivery date to request a size exchange or return. Our logistics courier will arrange a reverse pickup directly from your doorstep at no additional charge.
2. GARMENT CONDITION CRITERIA
To qualify for a full exchange or refund, garments must satisfy the following atelier inspection standards:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any perfumes, deodorants, or body stains.
- Original fabric and woven care tags must remain attached and intact.
- Item must be placed back inside the original OXSSO protective garment casing.
3. HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
Initiating a size swap takes under 60 seconds:
- Step 1: Visit Contact Concierge or message us on WhatsApp with your Order Number (e.g.
#OX-1024). - Step 2: Specify your preferred exchange size (S, M, L, XL, XXL) or return preference.
- Step 3: Hand over the securely packed piece to our reverse courier agent upon pickup arrival.
4. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES
Once your returned garment is inspected at our Mumbai fulfillment atelier (typically within 48 hours of receipt):
- Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards/Netbanking): Refunds are credited directly back to the original source payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are transferred via instant IMPS bank transfer or credited as lifetime OXSSO Atelier Store Credit.
